The Thankful Post

It’s what we bloggers do on Thanksgiving, or other significant days. Some of us manage to do it more often, and we should all endeavor to remember gratitude in our daily lives.

I am humbly thankful that tomorrow morning, Mike Neir will wake up next to me.

I am grateful I got to spend part of my dad’s birthday today with him – and with Mike and Janet, too.

I am thankful for our kitties and dogs.

I am most grateful for our home and for food to cook.

I am blessed and thankful for having good friends here and abroad, who don’t seem to give up on me… even when I vanish for months or years at a time.

I am so fortunate to have been brought into Mike’s family.

I am thankful for compassion and kindness and love.

I am thankful for those many who are wiser than me, gently showing me the way in all areas of life.

Love you Mike Neir, love you Dad, love you Janet, love you Victor, love you Lisa, love you Sharon, love you Phil, love you Stacey, love you Jay, love you Dennis, love you Allyson, love you Benny, love you Ani, love you Josh, love you Chuck, love you Doug, love you Don, love you Adam, love you Wendy, love you Mark, love you Andra, love you Lori, love you Cindi, love you Rick, love you Rig, love you Bownse, love you Joel, love you Greg, love you Sarah, love you Kirby, love you Josh, love you Heather, love you Geoff,  love you George, love you Julian, love you Jack, love you Joe, love you John, love you Dawgnut, love you Kevin, love you Severin, love you Rdeshone, love you Siena, love you Patrick, love you Wendell… love you all so much.

You all inspire me to be better in some way, and for that, I thank you.
